From there we continued on our journey to Yellowstone National Park. I would be remiss if I didn't comment on some of the small-town names and sites we saw along our drive. These included a "Cowboy Church", and town names like Hungry Horse and Happy Valley. Thankfully, the rain stopped today and we were able to enjoy sunshine and wide open blue skies. As is becoming habit on this trip, the sites along the drive were amazing.
Upon our arrival near Yellowstone, we are staying in the [very] small town of Gardiner, MT, just outside the north entrance to the park (and the Wyoming border). I rented a little two room cottage that sleeps 5 and is perfect.
